The Bidwell is a café and wine bar in Waterbury built around a simple idea: do a few things well, from morning through evening. By day, we serve great coffee and simple, seasonal food—the kind of place you can swing by or settle into. By night, we shift into a cozy wine bar, with a focused list and small plates that feel a little special without trying too hard.

Designed to feel comfortable, personal, and easy to return to, The Bidwell is a place to stop in, stay awhile, and come back to.
